Itinerary

1. Our pickup will be at 10pm & by 10:30 PM we will depart to Aadrai Trek. Pune Pickup : Near Shivajinagar Railwat Station

1. We Will Start the Trek Early in the Morning after finishing our breakfast Around 7:00 AM & will reach the top by 11 AM. 2. imagine The Journey Through The Unexplored Jungle, Listening to sound of Waterfalls, It is magical Right ?? 3. After Exploring we will come back to base village. It is a jungle trek with a walk of 16 kms. 4. Have a Delicious Lunch & Pack your Bags for our Return Journey. 5. And a Farewell to all beautiful souls with unforgettable memories

Cancellation Policy

Events (1 or 2 days)

  • 75% refund if notified via phone conversation 8 or more days prior to the event date.
  • 50 % refund if notified via phone conversation 4 to 7 days prior to the event date.
  • No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 3 days prior to the event date
  • No show No Refund.
  • Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
  • Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another person against cancellation.
  • If Trek gets canceled, we will refund the "Trek Amount" only.

Events (3-4 Days)

  • If cancellation is done prior to 45 days of the outing 75% will be refunded.
  • If done prior to 30 days of the outing 50% will be refunded
  • If done prior to 15 days of outing 30% will be refunded
  • After that, no refund will be provided
  • No show No Refund
  • Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation
  • Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another person against cancellation
  • If the Event gets cancelled, we will refund the "Event Amount" only

Events (More than 4 Days)

  • If cancellation is done prior to 45 days of the outing 75% will be refunded.
  • If done prior to 30 days of the outing 50% will be refunded
  • If done prior to 15 days of outing 30% will be refunded
  • After that, no refund will be provided
  • No show No Refund
  • Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation
  • Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another person against cancellation
  • If the Event get canceled, we will refund the "Event Amount" only

TIB Community (That Indian Backpacker ) will not offer nor pay any discounts or refunds for missed or unused services due to the traveler’s own fault, negligence, or breach of these Terms.

Please note that cancellation charges are calculated on the Total amount payable and not on the advance amount paid.
